At Townteam Morocco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Courier Collection

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pickup from your address anywhere in Morocco.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
